I kept the entire outfit quite monochrome because I’m not one for a lot of color, so I didn’t want to over-do it by adding a ton of jewelry or bolder textures. That is why I went with a white flowy top, basic silver choker, and black and white striped shorts (that I got from the thrift store for $6! Score!)

And yes, I realize it’s now fall, but where I live its still heck-of-hot! Shorts and a T-shirt are still 100% necessary if I don’t want to die of heat stroke… But if you do live in a colder climate you could totally throw on a duster coat or switch out the short sleeve shirt with a grey/cream sweater to at least keep your upper body warm:)

I centered this outfit around these amazing shoes from Zara!  I’m totally digging this new trend of shoe, they are basically ballet flats that have a small chunky heel! They give height without having to walk in pain. Hallelujah! These shoes are not everyone’s cup of tea, but who cares! No one else has to love them… I love them. Always rock your style And NEVER let anyone tell you your style is any less that perfect, And shine bright for all to see!
